Refund Policy

Cancellation & No-Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds

*Once a purchase is completed or order is confirmed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

*This applies to all product orders, services, and booking fees.

2. Order Cancellation

*Cancellation requests will not be accepted once processing or shipment has begun.

*If you wish to cancel before processing, you must contact us immediately.

*Exceptions may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

3. Defective / Damaged Goods

*If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

*Replacement or repair may be issued, but refunds will not be provided.

4. Refund Exception Cases

*Refunds may only be processed for duplicate transactions or failed transactions where the product/service was not received.

*Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

*Setup fees, booking charges, service fees, and completed services are strictly non-refundable..
